Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Order Verification: All orders are subject to verification before shipping. We will contact you if additional information is required to process your order.

Delivery Estimates:

Domestic Shipping:
Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the provided link.

Delays:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

Lost Packages: If your order is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team at dirtydinero.clothing@gmail.com. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately at dirtydinero.clothing@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.

Shipping Address Changes:

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at dirtydinero.clothing@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes if the order has already been processed.
